1. Event Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation within 48 hours of registration: 90% refund, excluding GST.
• Six or more months before the event: 70% refund, excluding GST, processing charges, and platform fees.
• Four months before the event: 50% refund, excluding GST.
• Three months before the event: 20% refund, excluding GST.
• Two months or less before the event: no refund; cancellation remains permitted until the event date.
• Approved refunds are normally processed within 15 working days. Bank or payment-provider settlement time may be additional.

2. Deferrals

• Requests must be submitted at least 45 days before the event date.
• Only one deferral per entry is allowed, subject to approval and availability.
• An approved deferral is valid for one year from the original event date.
• A fee difference may apply when moving to a higher-priced event or category.
• Triathlon deferral fee: ₹2,000.00 / $20.00
• Swimathon deferral fee: ₹500.00 / $5.00

3. Category Changes

• Requests are allowed up to 60 days before the event date, subject to availability and approval.
• Triathlon category-change fee: ₹2,000.00 / $20.00
• Swimathon category-change fee: ₹500.00 / $5.00
• No fee-difference refund applies when moving to a lower-priced category.

4. No-show and Force Majeure

• No refund or transfer is available for a participant no-show.
• Refund eligibility for cancellation, postponement, route changes, natural calamity, safety risk, government restriction, or other force-majeure event is determined by the applicable event notice and law.

5. Age Eligibility

• Triathlon minimum age: 16 years on race day.
• Swimathon minimum age: 9 years on race day.
